She started her career in early 2017 with TCS on Gartner's Tool, SailPoint, and entered the world of Cyber Security to later being a Data Engineer with Macquarie Group. Saman has come a long way to being a Graduate Student at Georgia State University to study in depth about the Security Analysis, Application Architectures and Business Analysis in the Cyberworld.
With 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Saman has obtained two industry certifications: CyberArk Trustee and Microsoft AZ 900. She is aiming to collect more cybersecurity certifications in the coming years.
Saman loves to learn and grow in the cybersecurity field. She has been a speaker at conferences including OWASP Appsec 2021, DayOfShecurity 2022, SANS New2Cyber Summit 2022, GDG DevFest UK & Ireland 2022, DevSecCon 2021, c0c0n 2021, Rainbow Secure Cyber Symposium 2021, Tech(k)now Day 2021 & 2022, The Hackers Meetup, and various local and virtual meetups.
