Our Privacy Policy: In Simplest Form

Any data that we collect and store will be held with the utmost respect for your privacy. We will only share your data when you request us to share this information with one of our partners. Below is the list of partners for whom we have a data-sharing relationship with:

  • Crowdcast for virtual event registrations and general information collection, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, available at https://www.crowdcast.io/privacy-policy.

For newsletter subscriptions, we use Squarespace forms to collect this information and we use Squarespace to store and manage this information. We also utilize LinkedIn newsletter functionality, but do not collect nor store any personal information from that service.

Currently, we use, SquareSpace, Elfsight forms, and TypeForm directly and throughout the website to collect general information and ClickUp to transact on this information. These are some of the reasons for using these forms:

  • Account Creation. When you create an account, we may collect your first and last name, email address, a profile picture, and phone number.

  • User Content. When you use our Services for advertising or content creation (such as recording or live streaming and sharing content), we may collect information about the content you share such as topic, location, description, and other information you provide when you upload content.

  • Payment Information. We use a third-party payment processor to process payments made to us. In connection with the processing of such payments, we do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers. Rather, all such information is provided directly to our third-party processor, Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/us/privacy.

  • Communications with Us. We may collect personal information from you such as email address, phone number, or mailing address when you request information about our Services, register for our newsletter, request customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us.

Other places where you may submit data outside of ITSPmagazine but where the data may be accessible by ITSPmagazine:

  • Simplecast: We store and manage our podcasts on Simplecast. If you sign up for an account on Simplecast, the community at large, including ITSPmagazine, can see which tracks you listen to and like. Learn more about their privacy policy at https://simplecast.com/privacy/.

Requests to remove data collected directly by ITSPmagazine can be made through our Contact Us form. Requests to remove data collected by any of the services noted above should be made through those services directly.
