Josh Mason is a former pilot and cyber warfare officer in the United States Air Force. He has built training programs and taught at the US Air Force Special Operations School and the DoD Cyber Crime Center's Cyber Training Academy.

Josh Mason is also a requested speaker at leading cybersecurity conferences, serves on the technical advisory board for the well-regarded book publisher Packt, and is a technical editor for several industry publications.

Furthermore, in his role at INE, Josh developed the Penetration Testing Student program and the eLearnSecurity Junior Penetration Tester exam. His career includes valuable sales engineering experience, highlighted by his leadership in the partner enablement program at SimSpace.

In a previous role at Neuvik Solutions, Josh delivered comprehensive courses, managed client engagements, and conducted advanced assessments, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted and accomplished cybersecurity professional.

Beyond his professional achievements, Josh is the founder of non-profit organizations, a dedicated workshop facilitator, and a passionate advocate for empowering individuals to pursue fulfilling careers in cybersecurity.
